  • General Cleaning Questions
    1. How many housekeepers do you send to clean? Our normal team consists of two housekeepers. On rare occasions, we send teams of three or four. 2. Do I need to do anything before the housekeepers arrive? To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our visit. 3. Can I set an appointment time? Yes , just get in contact with us a few days before requested appointment and we will do our best to accomadate you to your preferred time. 4. Can I request the same housekeepers each visit? Yes, we will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit but it's not always possible due to illness, vacations or days off. Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean? We do need electricity and water to clean so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.
  • Billing and Pricing
    1. Why does the initial cleaning cost more? It usually takes us longer to clean the house the first time because there maybe areas of the home that we will be cleaning that have not been cleaned recently. 2. When do you charge me for service? We charge all credit cards the day of the cleaning once all work is completed, or you may pay by check/cash at location of cleaning. 3. How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel an appointment? You need to change/cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. If your change/cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a $25 late cancellation fee depending on office location.

    1. How can i schedule a cleaning? You can schedule through our website or by giving us a call. if you have doubts about pricing and are looking for something in specific, please do not hesitiate and give us a call. We work with you and tailor to your needs. We want to be sure that the cleaning services you request are tailored to you and your homes needs.
